Coco uses your phone number solely to verify your identity at sign-up and login via one-time passcode (OTP). We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
During onboarding, Coco may record a short voice sample to build a local voice-identity model used to identify speakers inside rooms you join. This sample is processed on-device and is not uploaded to our servers.
While you are an active participant in a room, Coco transcribes speech to support real-time features (speaker labels, highlights). Transcript data is stored on our servers for up to 30 days after the room ends, then automatically deleted.
Your account (display name, phone number, profile image) is retained indefinitely until you delete your account. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@coco.talk.
